This temporary Financial Services Representative position ends September 1, 2027. You will greet members, process transactions, promote credit union solutions, and guide people through technology products. Conexus provides training for candidates from retail, hospitality, or financial services backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet members and provide requested services
Process financial transactions accurately
Troubleshoot technology products and member challenges
Promote credit union products and solutions
Identify suspicious transactions and respond appropriately
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Sales skills and cash-handling experience
Experience completing financial transactions
Technology confidence and willingness to learn
Strong communication, listening, and accuracy skills
Bring customer service, transaction processing, technology confidence, and careful communication to Conexus branches serving Macklin and Denzil members.
