Licensed Practical Nurse Direct Care

Provide direct resident care as a Regular Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse at Central City Lodge, using assessment and medication administration skills.
Working within a multidisciplinary care team, the Licensed Practical Nurse supports residents’ safety, comfort, and homelike atmosphere. You will coordinate health services, support daily living activities, and practice within BCCNM standards. The position includes rotating days off and on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, respectful nursing care to assigned residents
Conduct assessments and recognize abnormal signs or symptoms
Contribute to individualized care plans and family conferences
Administer medications and monitor their effects
Document care, treatments, medications, and resident progress
Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
Practicing LPN registration with BCCNM
Knowledge of required full-scope BCCNM competencies
Ability to organize work and implement care plans
Physical ability to perform position duties
