A leading Big 5 Canadian Bank is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Advisors for a contract position. You will provide banking support while building financial services experience through customer-focused interactions. Previous experience may come from call centres, customer service, retail, hospitality, or banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle approximately 40 to 60 inbound calls daily
Answer account and everyday banking inquiries
Support online and mobile banking access
Resolve password, credit card, and transaction questions
Open accounts and navigate digital banking tools
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
Minimum six months of customer service experience
Comfort handling high volumes of customer interactions
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
Ability to work hybrid, one day weekly in office
