SAP Commercial Operations Analyst

Use SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint to strengthen invoice readiness, operational planning, and reporting for aircraft engine maintenance events.
This commercial operations analyst supports customer invoicing and business coordination across aviation maintenance activities. You will validate financial and operational information, track engine induction planning, and prepare materials for alignment meetings. The role connects data analysis with stakeholder coordination and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Review invoice data against contractual requirements
Update planning information in SAP and related tools
Coordinate cross-functional alignment meetings
Prepare leadership presentations and management summaries
Support process mapping and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong collaboration across departments and organizational levels
Interest in process improvement; LEAN knowledge is an asset
