Coordinate IKEA fulfilment operations through picking, packing, replenishment, and safe daily processes while keeping customers in focus. This role supports efficient order handling.
As a Fulfilment Operations Coordinator, you support planning, leading, and performing tasks across major fulfilment areas. You help make IKEA products available by following routines, supporting customer availability, and minimizing operational costs. The work includes supervising assigned processes and identifying improvement potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and leading major fulfilment responsibilities
Pick, pack, unload, load, and replenish goods
Maintain clean, organized, and safe fulfilment environments
Ensure safety requirements and procedures are followed
Supervise daily processes and identify improvement potential
Requirements:
University degree and one year related experience
Or minimum three years of related experience
Ability to support fulfilment operations goals
Commitment to following daily routines and procedures
Ability to support proper training across functions
Support IKEA fulfilment excellence through organized operations, customer-focused order handling, safe processes, and continuous improvement across assigned areas.
