Sunbelt Rentals Yard Worker

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a safety-focused Yard Worker with equipment handling and basic mechanical aptitude. This role works indoors and outdoors as required.
The Yard Associate stations and retrieves rental equipment across the property. This position inspects equipment before and after rentals, documents lost or damaged items, and maintains equipment schedules. It suits candidates familiar with construction or industrial tools, mechanical repair, and Microsoft Office. Customer communication and basic math skills support daily work.
Key Responsibilities:

Station and retrieve equipment on the location property
Maintain a written equipment maintenance schedule
Service equipment as necessary to meet specifications
Inspect equipment before and after rental
Document lost or damaged equipment
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred
Construction or industrial tool experience preferred
Mechanical equipment repair experience or training preferred
Effective written and oral customer communication
Basic math, Microsoft Office, and mechanical aptitude
Support Sunbelt Rentals customers through safe equipment handling, inspections, maintenance scheduling, and practical mechanical awareness.
