Overnight Lodge Baker

Prepare baked goods and meals overnight as a Lodge Baker supporting residents through food preparation and kitchen cleanliness. Work 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
This temporary Baker position follows a 28-day rotation and represents 0.70 FTE. You will prepare food for Lodge residents, wash dishes, and maintain Food Service areas. The schedule includes two weekends per rotation, with alternating four-day and five-day work blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
Bake and prepare food for Lodge residents
Wash dishes after Food Service operations
Maintain general cleanliness in Food Service areas
Report directly to the Dietary Supervisor
Report directly to the Site General Manager
Requirements:
Build positive rapport with seniors
Bring a flexible, willing, positive attitude
Commercial kitchen experience is an asset
Food Safety knowledge and training are assets
Perform lifting, bending, and repetitive tasks physically
Support Lodge residents with overnight baking, food preparation, dishwashing, and dependable Food Service area cleanliness.
