Advanced Audiovisual Technician Coordinator

The Technical Services Coordinator manages audiovisual operations for portions of events or entire projects. This position reviews equipment and labor needs, manages project risk, and coordinates with operations teams. It also supports client communication, equipment security, accurate systems entry, and event monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy detailed work plans for event activities and projects
Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and break down audiovisual equipment
Review equipment and labor requirements with operations teams
Monitor events and verify guest needs throughout the day
Maintain equipment security and follow safety measures
Requirements:
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
Two to three-plus years of audiovisual experience required
Two to three-plus years of customer service preferred
Advanced ability to troubleshoot equipment and software issues
Valid driver license required when operating company vehicles
