Apply AI recruiting knowledge at Ericsson while supporting Talent Acquisition workflows, process improvements, and candidate communications in Ottawa. The term lasts four to eight months.
This Talent Acquisition Intern role combines emerging AI applications with practical recruiting operations. You will help review AI outputs critically while supporting full-time, co-op, and intern hiring. You will also prepare reports, maintain materials, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and deploy AI agents for workflow improvements
Support projects improving recruiting processes and best practices
Prepare recruitment trackers, updates, and basic reports
Support Early Career events and information sessions
Communicate with candidates professionally and discreetly
Requirements:

Working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Exposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and applications
Ability to evaluate outputs using human judgment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, initiative, and collaborative mindset
Bring AI agent development, critical evaluation, and recruiting interest to Ericsson’s Talent Acquisition work supporting candidates and hiring teams.
