Branch Financial Services Associate Val-d'Or

Process everyday banking transactions at TD Canada Trust’s Val-d'Or branch while meeting customer needs with accurate, regulated service. The position totals 18.75 hours.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will work on the frontline of TD Bank’s Personal and Commercial Banking business. Your work includes deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, customer advice, and timely business processes. You will follow standardized procedures, industry regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics while helping maintain team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Process financial transactions under standardized operating procedures
Follow industry regulations and TD conduct requirements
Complete banking processes in a timely manner
Keep coworkers updated on routine activity status
Participate in personal performance development
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet
Detail-oriented approach when handling multiple tasks
Effective written and verbal communication with different people
Apply transaction accuracy, organization, and customer communication skills as a branch associate serving TD customers.
