Lead Laline’s retail performance through exceptional service, sales acumen, and team leadership while managing all aspects of store operations.
As Store Manager, you report to the Area Manager and drive Laline’s growth and awareness in your store and market. You manage sales, people, and processes while building motivation and accountability. Your leadership helps exceed customer expectations, meet targets, and maintain Laline’s values across the store.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and exceed store targets
Review results and create improvement plans
Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain talent
Coach teams on service and product knowledge
Maintain operational, brand, and product standards
Requirements:
Experience in retail store leadership
Financial management and sales-driving experience
Experience interpreting reports and controlling expenses
Exceptional leadership and communication capabilities
Beauty retail experience is a bonus
