This Inside/Counter Sales Associate works between inside sales staff and counter customers. You will quote projects out for tender, assess requested specifications, and align solutions with customer requirements. The position also supports customer outreach, order entry, and sales growth.

Prepare invoices for order entry using AS400 software
Expedite quotations and follow up on customer requests
Serve counter customers with technical expertise and service
Support outside sales and technical personnel

Requirements:

One to two years of inside sales experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Prior quotations experience in a similar industry
Effective communication and customer relationship-building abilities
