ALDI Assistant Store Manager

Lead daily retail operations onsite in Roselle, New Jersey, using scheduling and team supervision skills as a full-time Assistant Store Manager.
ALDI seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store performance and day-to-day activities. You will manage schedules, develop operational action plans, and identify training opportunities. The position also includes supervising employees, maintaining standards, and supporting customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and escalate issues appropriately
Manage schedules and communicate performance expectations
Develop action plans improving operating results
Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports
Maintain inventory, cash control, cleanliness, and signage standards
Requirements:
Minimum three years of progressive retail experience
Prior management experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service
Ability to operate cash registers accurately and efficiently
