Foothills Group is looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Hand to support our heavy-duty repair team. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in keeping things organized, and want to learn around experienced technicians, we’d like to hear from you.
What you’ll do
Keep the shop, bays, yard, and work areas clean and organized.
Assist technicians with tasks as directed.
Move tools, parts, and materials where they’re needed.
Pick up and deliver parts as required.
Help with equipment cleanup, waste disposal, and spill cleanup.
Assist with general building and yard maintenance.
Follow safe work practices and report hazards promptly.
What we’re looking for
A reliable team member who shows up on time and is ready to work.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Someone who takes initiative and follows through on assigned tasks.
The ability to work safely in a busy shop and handle the physical demands of the role.
A valid driver’s licence for parts runs.
Previous shop or equipment experience is an asset.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our shop running efficiently while gaining practical experience alongside a skilled team. We value hard work, clear communication, accountability, and people who support one another.
