Credit Fulfillment Representative Lending
Meridian OneCap Credit Corp.
Support credit fulfillment at Meridian in a hybrid, full-time contract role using document review, lending knowledge, and careful follow-up.
As a Credit Condition Fulfillment Representative, you will provide administrative support to Retail Credit and Mortgage Broker Services channels. You will collect documentation, maintain approved credit files, and address inquiries about completed deals. The role supports enterprise credit risk through regulatory policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify supporting documents for approved credit files
Maintain mortgage files and follow up on outstanding conditions
Compile and transfer files to required credit channels
Review appraisals and refer deficiencies for further review
Investigate inquiries and resolve or refer deal issues
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent financial services experience
Minimum two years working with lending policies and documentation
Ability to interpret credit applications and bureau reports
Ability to calculate income from provided documentation
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and computer skills
Bring lending documentation expertise, analytical judgment, and service-focused communication to Meridian’s credit fulfillment operations in Ontario.
