Primary Care Dietitian Saskatchewan

Support primary care nutrition services in Kamsack with client assessments, treatment planning, and group education. Travel is required for this full-time regular position.
As a Dietitian with Primary Care Sites, you will apply nutrition and dietetics knowledge in client-focused services. The position values community dietetics experience, health promotion, communication, and programming abilities. Work independently and as part of a team while supporting nutrition and diet education.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess clients and engage in treatment planning
Provide group nutrition education and support
Develop and evaluate programs provided to clients
Modify programming based on client needs
Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
Community dietetics experience considered an asset
Knowledge of learning and teaching principles
Knowledge of health promotion models and strategies
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Use nutrition expertise, client assessment, health promotion, and education skills within Primary Care Sites in Kamsack.
