Serve Conexus members across Macklin and Denzil using customer service, transaction processing, and technology guidance skills. This temporary role works two days weekly in Macklin and three in Denzil.
As a Financial Services Representative, you will be among members’ first branch contacts through in-person, digital, and phone channels. Conexus provides training for candidates from retail, hospitality, or financial services backgrounds. You will help members identify suitable services, products, and solutions while supporting their financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet members and provide requested services
Process transactions accurately
Troubleshoot technology products and member challenges
Promote credit union products and solutions
Identify suspicious transactions and respond appropriately
Requirements:

Customer service experience
Sales skills and cash-handling experience
Experience completing financial transactions
Technology proficiency and interest in learning
Accurate communication and relationship-building abilities
Support Conexus members with branch service, financial transactions, technology guidance, and trusted communication across Macklin and Denzil.
