As a Sales Associate, you will serve customers across print and customer service areas. Handle transactions, process orders from the dashboard, phone, and counter, and keep supplies available. Work with store leaders while maintaining safety, privacy, asset protection, and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle POS transactions, shipping, and marketing tools
Process customer order intake and pickup steps
Prioritize orders into appropriate service paths
Maintain paper, toner, and supply levels
Control inventory and merchandising around print areas
Requirements:
Three months to one year retail experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
Ability to follow company protocols accurately
Ability to maintain Privacy and Asset Protection Policies
