Shared Health in Winnipeg is seeking an Indigenous Support Worker for the HSC ED Community Hub to provide culturally grounded, trauma‑informed support to First Nations, Inuit and Métis patients, families and community members in the ED.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, linking patients to health, social and cultural resources, supporting discharge planning, and helping relatives navigate services in a busy, in-person role.
