Licensed Practical Nurse Direct Care

Deliver direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Central City Lodge, using assessment, care planning, and medication administration skills.
This regular full-time LPN I position supports residents through nursing services, interventions, and activities of daily living. Working within BCCNM standards, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team. The position includes rotating days off and shifts from 0700-1500 or 1500-2300.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, respectful nursing care to assigned residents
Conduct assessments and recognize abnormal signs or symptoms
Administer medications and monitor their effects
Contribute to individualized care plans and conferences
Document assessments, treatments, progress, and discharge planning
Requirements:
Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
Registered practicing LPN with BCCNM
Demonstrated competency within BCCNM full scope of practice
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and care teams
Physical ability to carry out position duties
Use clinical judgment, resident-focused communication, and practical nursing expertise to support safe care at Central City Lodge.
