This Administrative Associate position supports one or more Wealth Advisors through effective administration and day-to-day business trading. You will assist with portfolio reviews, enter directed client trades, identify needs, and resolve inquiries. The role also involves coordinating seminars, supporting marketing materials, and tracking business information.
Key Responsibilities:
Support regular portfolio reviews with Wealth Advisors
Identify client needs during service interactions
Effect client transactions responsively and accurately
Coordinate materials and events for marketing support
Track targets, recommendations, and financial plans
Requirements:
Background in the securities industry
CIRO approval as an Investment Representative
Professional and respectful client service abilities
Independent initiative and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
