Material Handler Shipping Assistant

Manage warehouse receiving, inventory, and shipping activities as a Material Handler Shipping Assistant with CBNCS in Calgary, Alberta. Work on-site full-time.
This permanent position supports CBN Commercial Solutions, a division of Canadian Bank Note Company. You will coordinate warehouse operations while following quality standards, standard operating procedures, and health and safety practices. The work includes receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory management, logistics, and shipping support.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive materials physically and systematically within warehouse operations
Put away, pick, pack, and manage inventory
Conduct counts and reconcile inventory reports from IMS systems
Inspect forklifts and oversee required maintenance
Assist the shipping department with arising operational needs
Requirements:
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Able to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret Level II clearance
Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing skills
Willingness to attain forklift certification if needed
High school diploma or GED; warehouse experience preferred
Support accurate warehouse operations, shipping assistance, and safe material handling for CBNCS in Calgary’s on-site facility.
