Fashion Retail Key Holder Supervisor

Apply fashion retail expertise and team leadership as a Third Key Holder at Ardene. Help guide store operations when managers are absent.
The Third Key Holder supports visual, merchandising, and marketing directives while working with management. The position helps ensure efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, this role oversees store activity, customer service, merchandising, cleanliness, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the team during Store Manager absences
Oversee store operations during leadership coverage
Create a friendly environment through outstanding service
Demonstrate product knowledge to customers
Adhere to company policies and employee standards
Requirements:

High school diploma considered an asset
Excellent selling and customer service abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to delegate tasks and take ownership
Ability to stand extended periods and climb ladders
Use positive team leadership, product knowledge, and customer service skills to support Ardene’s fashion retail stores.
