Healthcare Security Supervisor Hamilton
Paladin Security Group
Lead hospital security at St. Joseph Healthcare's King Campus in Hamilton using emergency response and access control expertise. Work full-time Monday to Friday, 0700 to 1500.
Paladin Security seeks a Security Supervisor for this specialized, patient-centered healthcare facility. You will protect patients, visitors, staff, and property while coordinating with the Security Manager and team leaders. The position combines campus patrols, alarm response, monitoring, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Patrol interior and exterior campus areas
Respond to emergency codes and panic alarms
Manage keys, access systems, and personal alarms
Monitor CCTV and security systems for incidents
Complete inspections, follow-ups, logs, and reports
Requirements:
Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
Written and spoken English proficiency
UOF and MOAB certifications or training willingness
Clean-shaven face for N95 fit testing
Legal authorization to work in Canada
