As Merchandise Manager, you will drive operational execution across truck processing, SISO routines, planogram sets, visual standards, and inventory control. You will assist the Store Manager, provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, and coordinate daily priorities. The role also includes promotional execution, pricing integrity, fulfillment, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead truck unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow
Plan workloads and prioritize daily store tasks
Execute SISO routines and inventory controls
Maintain planograms, visual standards, and promotional sets
Oversee Ship from Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving
Requirements:

Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to provide Manager-on-Duty floor leadership
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 25-50 pounds
Ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
Ability to stand, bend, reach, stretch, and climb ladders
