As an Auto Body Apprentice, you will work alongside a licensed Auto Body Technician during vehicle repairs. Responsibilities include following insurance guidelines, meeting quality standards, supporting the WOW plan, and contributing to facility KPIs. The position emphasizes practical learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the WOW Operating Way plan consistently
Inspect completed repairs against established quality standards
Repair or replace interior and exterior vehicle parts
Handle electrical components and vehicle accessories
Pursue learning opportunities and improve repair work
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent education
Completed post-secondary Auto Body Repair Program
At least one year of Auto Body Technician experience
Experience with MIG and TIG welding
Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds
Develop collision repair expertise through technician shadowing, quality inspections, vehicle repairs, and continued learning at Assured Automotive.
