A top-tier distribution and logistics facility in Milton is seeking a dependable Order Picker Operator to join its expanding operations. In this role, you will be a vital link in the supply chain, operating order picking equipment to keep inventory moving and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate order picker equipment to retrieve, stage, and pack materials across multi-level racking.
Maintain high accuracy during order picking, packing, and inventory audits.
Work within a fast-paced, modern warehouse committed to team safety and clean workspace standards.

Responsibilities
Safe operation of an Order Picker forklift in a high-volume warehouse setting
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners
Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on equipment
Assist with general warehouse tasks such as palletizing, wrapping, and floor organization
Work closely with team leaders to meet daily dispatch targets
Qualifications
Valid Order Picker forklift certification and proven operational experience
Hands-on experience using RF scanners for order verification
Strong attention to detail for inventory accuracy
Ability to handle physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Reliability and commitment to maintaining workplace safety protocols
