Process varied financial and non-financial member transactions accurately
Explain new and changing products and services
Answer member telephone inquiries clearly
Provide access to safety deposit boxes
Complete end-of-day processing and balancing
Requirements:

Secondary school diploma with academic emphasis
One year of post-secondary education
Up to one year sales and service experience
Keyboarding speed of 40 words per minute
Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
Bring listening, interviewing, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to member transactions and relationships at Coastal Community Credit Union.
