At Malmaison & Hotel du Vin, this hands on position manages guest expectations from sundown to sunrise. You will oversee the hotel’s Food & Beverage Department overnight, welcome guests, and prepare spaces for the following day. Clear communication, night shift experience, and an organised approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee hotel operations from sundown to sunrise

Clean public areas and prepare meeting spaces
Assist with luggage, enquiries, and nightly audits
Requirements:

Essential experience working night shifts
