Fashion Sample Coordinator SAP

Coordinate fashion samples in North Vancouver with SAP, studio organization, and production support onsite five days weekly. This contract runs through December 31, 2027.
As a Brand Sample Coordinator, you will support a Brand Studio within a leading retail organization. The work includes sample coordination, library maintenance, photo shoot preparation, and collaboration with Styling and Studio teams. Strong English communication, attention to detail, and organization are central.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sample arrivals, check-ins, orders, and returns using SAP
Maintain an accurate, accessible sample library
Prepare samples for on-model and off-model photo shoots
Coordinate requests with Styling and Studio teams
Manage props, assets, and seasonal sample transitions
Requirements:
One or more years of relevant coordination experience
Post-secondary education or related bachelor's degree
Exceptional organization and attention to detail
Confidence learning systems; SAP familiarity is an asset
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Bring sample management, SAP, and photo shoot coordination skills to this onsite North Vancouver Brand Studio contract.
