Provide personal care in person with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, supporting clients’ independence across community health settings. Work days, evenings, and weekends.
The Health Care Aide supports clients, patients, and residents with activities of daily living under general supervision. This clinical position serves the Seven Oaks Team within WRHA Community Health Services. Care follows established standards, policies, and procedures while addressing changing needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living
Provide direct care within established standards
Support independence and optimum health
Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
Organize and prioritize assigned workload
Requirements:

Minimum Grade 10 education, Manitoba standards
Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
Safe personal care respecting comfort, privacy, and dignity
Basic computer skills using MS Word and Outlook
Ability to work shifts and weekends
Support Winnipeg clients through personal care, daily living assistance, communication, and independence-focused Health Care Aide services.
