Parts Counter Sales Specialist Yorkton

Use CLAAS parts systems and customer service skills as a Parts Counter Sales Specialist with Canada West Harvest Centre in Yorkton. Support agricultural equipment service and sales.
As a professional-level team member, you will support the CLAAS product range through accurate parts information and responsive after-sales service. The position uses Aspen, CLAAS parts support systems, Service Manuals, and Parts Books. You will work closely with Parts, Service, and Sales colleagues while helping improve department processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Use Aspen and CLAAS parts support systems accurately
Coordinate effectively with Parts, Service, and Sales
Contribute input to effective Parts Department processes
Work extended hours during peak seasons when needed
Look up repair specifications and parts using manuals
Requirements:
Parts sales or counter experience preferred
Two to five years of industry experience preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license and safe driving history
Forklift certification and ability to operate large machinery
Bring parts knowledge, computer skills, and customer service experience to CLAAS after-sales support in Yorkton.
