Automotive Accounting Clerk

Automotive accounting expertise meets accounts payable and receivable work at Stouffville Volkswagen in Stouffville, Ontario. This is an onsite dealership role.
As an experienced Accounting Clerk, you will support Zanchin Automotive Group’s dealership operations. The position focuses on ledgers, invoice data, vehicle transactions, reconciliations, and remittances. You will also assist with month-end, year-end, and payroll backup.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ledgers
Enter invoice data and post invoices
Process vehicle transaction deals accurately
Perform cash balancing, deposits, and reconciliations
Support month-end, year-end, and payroll processing
Requirements:
One to three years of proven accounting experience
Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
ERP proficiency, including CDK or Reynolds
Microsoft Office Suite and Excel proficiency
Professional communication and strong attention to detail
