Industrial Control Systems Project Lead

Lead industrial control projects for Eaton, applying PLC programming, SCADA integration, and commissioning expertise at customer sites. The role includes local travel.
This technical contributor and project lead supports power management systems, industrial controls, power monitoring applications, and mission-critical infrastructure. You will manage technical scope, schedules, deliverables, and customer expectations while coordinating project managers, field personnel, engineers, contractors, and customers. The position can be based in Ontario, Quebec, or Nova Scotia.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as lead automation specialist on assigned projects
Manage technical scope, schedules, deliverables, and expectations
Configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, relays, meters, and gateways
Perform functional and site acceptance testing
Provide technical guidance to junior team members
Requirements:
Minimum three years of relevant automation or integration experience
Experience supporting industrial control or power management systems
Degree or diploma in an applicable technical discipline
Ability to travel to customer sites and United States training
Legal authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
Bring project leadership, system integration, and industrial automation experience to Eaton's power control assignments.
