Windsor Fashion Assistant Store Manager

Lead sales and fashion retail execution as a Windsor Assistant Manager, coaching Stylists and supporting store productivity with the Store Manager.
As a key store leadership team member, you help achieve sales, shrink, payroll, and expense goals. You support talent selection, onboarding, training, scheduling, merchandising, and customer experiences. Your leadership centers on respect, recognition, coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and build brand loyalty through omni channel service
Coach, motivate, train, and recognize Stylists
Support recruiting, networking, onboarding, and retention efforts
Organize daily operations and oversee the sales floor
Maintain Windsor merchandising and visual presentation standards
Requirements:

At least one year of retail Assistant Manager experience
Leadership experience developing teams of ten to twenty employees
Ability to resolve customer and team member issues
Effective group and one on one communication skills
Flexible, reliable schedule including store opening and closing
Bring retail leadership, sales direction, talent development, and merchandising discipline to Windsor’s store leadership team.
