Maintenance Worker Vernon Long-Term Care

Maintain Good Samaritan Heron Grove in Vernon through mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and custodial expertise. This is permanent full-time work.
As Maintenance Worker 3, you will handle day-to-day facility maintenance and custodial duties assigned by the Site Manager. The work supports interior and exterior operations, property appearance, and resident safety. Duties include major mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned day-to-day maintenance and custodial duties
Maintain facility interiors and exterior areas
Complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work
Maintain property appearance for residents
Support resident safety and convenience at all times
Requirements:

Minimum three years commercial or institutional experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid WHMIS certificate and driver’s license
Good verbal and written communication skills
Availability for on-call duty and heavy lifting
Bring facility maintenance, custodial, and trade skills to support residents at Good Samaritan Heron Grove in Vernon.
