Peak Management seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers. The technician supports Ramblewood, Beckwith Place, Hopson Flats, Ridges of Cascade, Oxford Place, and The Reserve at Oxford. Maintenance experience, reliable transportation, and on-call availability are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Support maintenance needs across six Grand Rapids properties
Provide exceptional, above-standard service to customers
Troubleshoot electronic systems and maintain equipment
Participate in the on-call rotation
Apply technical and HVAC understanding during maintenance work
Requirements:
Maintenance experience with technical and HVAC understanding
Electronic troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience
Reliable transportation for travel between properties
Ability to climb ladders, bend, and crawl
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Bring maintenance experience, HVAC understanding, and customer service skills to Peak Management’s Grand Rapids properties as a floating technician.
