As a Junior Telephone Adjuster, you will manage claims from notification through resolution. You will investigate losses, review coverage, assess eligibility, and negotiate settlements. The role supports developing a claims career within Optimum Insurance’s Claims team.
Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and manage policyholder claims
Review coverage and determine claim eligibility
Analyze information to assess and resolve claims
Communicate with insureds, brokers, vendors, and authorities
Negotiate settlements within established authority levels
Requirements:

College diploma or university degree
Property and Casualty insurance industry knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
