Facilities Maintenance Coordinator Driver

Drive daily for CBRE’s day-shift maintenance team while supporting furniture installation, repairs, and upkeep across small buildings and equipment.
As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will operate a 16-foot box truck with lift gate or passenger van. You will work alongside a coworker while moving, assembling, and installing office furniture. The position also supports preventive maintenance, repairs, permits, licenses, and departmental routines.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate assigned box trucks or passenger vans
Move office furniture with coworkers
Assemble and install office furniture using hand tools
Support preventive maintenance and repair activities
Follow procedures to resolve straightforward problems
Requirements:
Driver license required for daily vehicle operation
High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent education and experience
Comfort with cordless drills and standard hand tools
Ability to climb, walk, stand, stoop, and use ladders
Strong organization and working Microsoft Office knowledge
Use reliable driving, mechanical ability, and organized execution to coordinate CBRE maintenance and furniture service activities.
