Guide vehicle buyers at Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd using customer interviews, product knowledge, and financing information. Work within a high-volume, process-driven dealership.
The Sales Consultant facilitates each customer’s vehicle buying experience from discovery through delivery. You will match customer preferences, needs, and buying motives with vehicle models and equipment. The position includes test drives, trade-in evaluation, financial presentations, customer follow-up, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview customers to discover preferences, needs, and buying motives
Match customer needs with models and equipment
Offer and accompany customers on test drives
Present financial information and address customer concerns
Conduct deliveries and follow up with customers
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Minimum high school diploma
Post-secondary education preferred
Automotive industry experience preferred
Integrity, initiative, organization, and exceptional follow-through
