Accounting Technician Accounts Payable Receivable

Manage accounts payable and receivable for Groupe FloraVita using Acomba, advanced Excel, and established internal control policies.
As an Accounting Technician, you will process supplier payments, customer receipts, and month-end activities. Groupe FloraVita operates Groupe Floral, Club Floral, and Sierra across Quebec and Ontario. The role supports accurate accounting through organized processing and clear communication.
Responsabilités clés :
Match supplier invoices with purchase orders, agreements, and goods received
Code and enter invoices into Acomba
Prepare cheques and electronic fund transfers
Record customer payments and prepare bank deposits
Participate in month-end closing and general ledger analysis
Exigences :
Degree in accounting or equivalent
Four to five years in accounts payable and receivable
Good understanding of month-end closing processes
Advanced Excel skills; Acomba knowledge is an asset
Fluency in French and good spoken and written English
