Apply Applied Behaviour Analysis expertise with Strides Toronto as a part-time ABA Therapist serving children and youth with autism. Work up to 24 hours weekly.
This contract position provides group and individual ABA services for children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will support communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and daily living skills. The work also helps caregivers implement strategies across home and community settings.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver group or one-to-one ABA sessions
Create behaviour plans using baseline assessment data
Develop individualized treatment goals with supervisors and caregivers
Provide caregiver education and skill-building sessions
Maintain current client data and treatment records
Requirements:

Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree
Two years supporting autistic children and youth through ABA
Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and ABA principles
Understanding of Ontario Autism Program funding options
Awareness of inclusive and anti-oppressive practice
Bring ABA therapy, caregiver training, and behaviour planning experience to support individualized outcomes with Strides Toronto.
