Operate forklifts at RONA’s distribution center, using safety focus and technical skills to support receiving, loading, and product handling operations.
As a Forklift Operator, you will load, unload, and store products according to standards. You will inspect equipment, loads, and products while reporting issues. The work includes order preparation, stock adjustments, returns, warehouse maintenance, and customer service using SMART principles.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts for loading, unloading, and product storage
Inspect equipment, loads, and products for compliance
Prepare and assemble accurate orders while prioritizing tasks
Assist with warehouse and yard maintenance
Record returns and stock adjustments in the system
Requirements:

Capacity for continuous physical work and lifting up to 23 kilograms
Ability to work in varied outdoor conditions
Strong organization, attention to detail, and adaptability
Effective communication, teamwork, and task autonomy
Familiarity with materials and stock management procedures
