Warehouse Shift Coordinator Material Handling

Lead daily warehouse shifts through accurate inventory handling, forklift support, and assignment coordination. This position works closely with shift leadership to accomplish operational goals.
The Warehouse Operations Lead assists with supervising activities under the Operations Supervisor’s direction. Responsibilities span receiving, put away, picking, loading, product storage, order staging, and material handling equipment operation. The lead also communicates concerns, supports solutions, and reinforces safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals
Coordinate warehouse receiving, picking, and loading activities
Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment
Organize and rotate inventory and maintain product labels
Communicate operational problems and improvement ideas
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED required
Fast-paced warehouse experience
Ability to create daily inventory reports
Accuracy in sorting, counting, and verifying received items
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bring warehouse coordination, equipment awareness, and accurate recordkeeping to daily shift execution and product movement responsibilities.
