NLC seeks a permanent part time Retail Customer Service Clerk for St. John’s and the Metro Area, emphasizing interpersonal skills and responsible service. Support customers across store operations.
As a member of NLC’s stores team, you will operate point of sale equipment and deliver service through the SERVE process. Your work includes receiving inventory, maintaining shelves, completing counts, filling custom orders, and attending product knowledge seminars. This position requires a minimum of 20 hours bi-weekly.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver customer service through NLC’s SERVE process
Process transactions using the point of sale system
Receive products and maintain organized shelving
Complete inventory counts and custom customer orders
Attend product knowledge seminars and related duties
Requirements:

High school graduation
Minimum age of 19 years
At least one year retail customer service experience
Strong demonstrated interpersonal skills
Ability to perform required physical duties
Use interpersonal skills, point of sale experience, and inventory knowledge to support NLC customers and store service standards.
