As Assistant Manager, you support profitable sales growth across customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development. You help execute store strategy and teach Leads, Experts, and Brand Associates. Collaboration with the General Manager or Assistant General Manager helps cultivate a high-performing team and best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Support strategies that drive store sales and deliver results
Recruit, hire, and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams
Implement action plans maximizing efficiency and productivity
Perform Service Leader duties and assigned responsibilities
Ensure procedures, compliance, and omni-channel execution remain consistent
Requirements:

One to three years of retail management experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Strong communication skills with customers and teams
Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others
Flexible schedule, retail technology, lifting, and travel capability
