Seasonal Tax Associate Trenton
Farm Business Consultants
Prepare T1 tax returns for FBC Members across Trenton and surrounding territory, using guided software and daily in-person visits. Hybrid work combines travel with a home office.
As a Seasonal Tax Services Associate, you will serve farm and small business owners from January through April or May. You will collect documents, complete straightforward returns, and refer complex matters to Tax Advisors. FBC provides software training before the season.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned Members at homes, farms, and businesses
Collect and photograph tax documents using mobile devices
Prepare T1 returns from start to finish
Refer complex returns to Tax Advisors
Track mileage and monthly expense claims
Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence and registered reliable vehicle
Comfort visiting urban, rural, and remote properties
Confidence using tablets or laptops
Organization for schedules and upload deadlines
Ability to pass a criminal record check
Bring people skills, organization, and reliable driving to deliver seasonal T1 tax services for FBC Members.
