Automotive Supply Chain Expeditor
Multimatic
Coordinate automotive supplier deliveries for Multimatic Niche Vehicles North America, using SAP, advanced Excel, and precise logistics follow-through. Support exclusive Mustang GTD and Ford GT production.
As an Expeditor within Purchasing and Logistics, you will own assigned suppliers in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment. The work combines supplier demand schedules, delivery confirmations, shipping coordination, customs documentation, inventory monitoring, and operational reporting. Analytical thinking, urgency, and accurate communication support daily priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for assigned suppliers
Issue supplier EDI demand schedules and collect confirmations
Analyze demand shifts and supplier delivery confirmations
Maintain customs, shipping, inventory, and trade documentation
Escalate material and delivery issues to appropriate teams
Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, IT, or related field preferred
Zero to three years manufacturing experience
Zero to three years MRP or ERP experience, preferably SAP
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Detail orientation, prioritization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Apply supply chain coordination, SAP knowledge, and analytical attention to detail across Multimatic automotive manufacturing operations.
