As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will build customer relationships and deliver legendary service. Process orders, recommend products, answer account inquiries, and provide solutions using Uline’s technology. Training supports product, pricing, and shipping expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and handle account inquiries
Recommend products and solutions for customer needs
Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions
Build relationships through phone, email, and chat
Help customers navigate Uline’s website and ordering
Requirements:

Fluent written and verbal English and French
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills
Prior customer service experience is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bring bilingual communication, customer service, and solution-focused skills to Uline’s on-site Milton call centre.
