Apply clinical skills in wound care, IV therapy, tube feeding, medication administration, palliative care, paediatric care, and health teaching. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care in homes, clinics, and community locations
Apply wound care, IV therapy, and tube feeding skills
Administer medications and provide health teaching
Support palliative and paediatric care needs
Navigate clients and families toward appropriate resources
Requirements:

Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Professional Liability Insurance and current required screening documents
Reliable insured vehicle, valid licence, and travel availability
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Availability three to five days weekly and every third weekend
Bring clinical nursing expertise, collaborative care, and community travel readiness to CBI Home Health visits across Hamilton.
